David and Carol Castle are a great team. From the beginning they were very personable and knowledgeable. They walked us through what could have been a scary time for first time home buyers with patience and even a little push when I personally needed that. They explained everything and even two or three times when needed. We highly recommend them.

Selling your home can be stressful but not when you have David and Carol at your side. They explained step by step what their plan was, how they were going to photograph the home and how it was going to be listed. Here's what sets them apart from everyone else, no door lock on your door. David personally sets up the appointment with the buyers agent and meets them at the house so he knows who is walking through your home. Open house was one day, got an amazing offer and we were going to contract. And when my husband and I had to move to another state before the closing date, David would check on the house to make sure everything was OK. We knew our home was safe even though we weren't there. David and Carol are personable, caring and a delight to work with. You don't have a real estate team, you have a friend!!

The Castle team is first-rate and I can happily recommend them to anyone. First and foremost, they really know their stuff and are wonderfully helpful to buyers, especially naive buyers like I was. After I did my own due diligence on the apartment I wanted to buy, Carol Castle swooped in and found 52 more items that she made the landlord repair before we would close the deal. She also refused to let me make any impulse buys, insisting, rightly it turned out, that I might like the last apartment on our visit list even more than the ones I was already sold on. And last, Carol and Dave together combine a wealth of knowledge about construction codes, tax issues, resale values, and likely maintenance concerns. What more could anyone want from a real-estate agent? I suppose the best review I can offer is that when it came time to sell, I had zero need to look for an agent. I already had the best one around. Highly recommended.
