Carol is a master in the art of negotiation. David Castle is in partnership with his wife, Carol Castle. Together they have built a seamless full service real estate company that encompasses more than just facilitation of sales and purchases. David's background expertise in construction management, and inspection which lends itself well to his real estate career. Whether working with buyers and being hands on for consultations on conditions and repairs, David works with inspectors and contractors to curate purchase to renovated with clients. Having a team mindset with investors, beginning with the end in mind, he is able to take the project from vision to completion and create a winning ROI for the build. David has proven time and time again to have foresight during construction phases that have saved clients tens of thousands of dollars in costs. David’s keen eye has found problems during the inspection process that even the inspector may have missed, that have saved clients from falling in love with a costly money pit home. Born and raised in Manhattan's Upper East Side Pierce is no stranger to the hussle and bustle of New York City. Growing up he became infatuated with the idea of real estate. He recalls a quote his dad said to him as a child that always stuck with him. “People are never gonna stop being born, and they are always going to need somewhere to live”. This ideology led Pierce to want to pursue a career in real estate. Pierce attended 3 years of college at SUNY Albany before going on to complete his studies at Brooklyn College. During Pierce's Senior year he worked full time as a sales associate with New York Sports Club, Within 3 months time Pierce was the top ranked sales person company wide. Pierce Joined Keller Williams in May of 2022 immediately after getting his license. By the end of June Pierce found himself wanting to work with strong like minded successful individuals, Joining the Castle Team couldn't have been a better fit.




Kenneth is an assertive individual with a high people orientation. He is a decisive person who is naturally inclined to take charge and initiate action. He has a strong orientation towards people and has confidence in working with others. He easily establishes a common bond with others and will maintain a wide network of contacts. He is positive in attitude even when he experiences setbacks. He will consider possible problems in order to be proactive. He deals directly and energetically with obstacles at work. He feels a strong emotional drive to overcome difficulties and stimulate solutions. He is a natural problem solver and likes a steady flow of new problems at work. He can quickly identify solutions to daily problems as well as work methodically through larger, more complex issues.
